Job summary

Columbiana Health & Rehabilitation, LLC is seeking a compassionate CNA to provide hands-on daily care for residents. You will assist with activities of daily living, take vital signs, and work closely with nurses and the interdisciplinary team to maintain dignity and comfort.

Alabama CNA certification is required; long-term care experience is preferred but not required. Competitive pay, BCBS health coverage, dental insurance, 401(k) with match, PTO and holidays are offered.

Responsibilities
