Job summary

Seacrest Rehabilitation & Nursing Center in Monroe, MI is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to join our 150-bed sub-acute care center. You will work with an interdisciplinary team to deliver individualized patient care, assisting with ADLs and vital signs.

New graduates are welcome. Day shift runs 7am–7pm, offering a supportive environment that values patient-focused care and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must be currently certified as a Michigan CNA.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• New graduates welcome; 0 years of experience accepted.
• Ability to lift, transfer and move patients safely.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Monitor vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and blood pressure.
• Support mobility and transfers with appropriate safety measures.
• Provide emotional support to patients and families.
• Maintain accurate patient care records.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team on individualized care plans.
• Participate in quality improvement to optimize patient outcomes.
