• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care and support mobility and transfers.
• Monitor and report changes in residents' condition to nurses.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to deliver care.
