Job summary

Sunshine Enterprise USA LLC seeks a qualified Certified Nursing Assistant to support patient care under the supervision of medical staff. You will prepare patients for exams, take histories, document in the EHR, and perform routine procedures and tests.

Responsibilities include maintaining exam room supplies, administering injections and TB tests per protocol, venipunctures, and assisting patients with activities of daily living. Arizona CNA certification and related verifications are required.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification by AZ State Board.
• 1+ year CNA experience in a clinical setting.
• Primary Source Verification completed.
• N95 respirator fit testing completed.
• First Aid Certification completed.

Job Description:

• Performs duties within scope of practice to ensure quality patient care, under the direct supervision of medical or nursing personnel.
• Completes required documentation in the electronic health record or other modality.
• Prepares patients for examination and treatment, takes patient histories, vital signs, and records chief complaints.
• Performs office procedures, tests, and examinations.
• Maintains adequate supplies for exam/procedure rooms.
• Administers injections, immunizations, and skin Tuberculosis (TB) test per protocol. Performs venipunctures and lab tests.
• Assists patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

• Current, valid, unrestricted certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) issued by the Arizona State Board of Nursing.
• Current, completed Primary Source Verification.
• Current, completed fit testing for N95 particulate respirators.
• Current, completed First Aid Certification.
• Minimum one year of past work experience in this position.
