Right at Home Lee's Summit is seeking exceptional caregivers to earn $17/hr providing in-home care to seniors and adults with disabilities. The role includes assisting with daily living activities, mobility support, light housekeeping, errands, meal prep, and companionship.

Flexible schedules and PPE are provided to ensure safety and reliability. Applicants must be authorized to work in the US, pass a background check, and have a high school diploma or GED.

Job Description:

Caregiver / In-Home Care Aide- Provide personal care services to clients as identified per agency policies and procedures and assist with activities of daily living

• Assistance with personal care and hygiene

• Support with mobility

• Light housekeeping

• Doing errands and transportation

• Meal Preparation, Companionship, and other responsibilities

Minimum Requirements:

• Authorized to work in the US

• High school graduate or G.E.D. certificate preferred

• Must be able to lift/move 50 lbs without assistance

• Ability to communicate in English

• Reliable Transportation

• Must be able to pass a background check

• CNA license, Home Health Aide, or Personal Care Aide certification preferred
