Job summary

Envive Healthcare of Anderson is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for the Day Shift in Anderson, Indiana. You will assist residents with daily living activities, support hygiene, monitor health status, and collaborate with the care team to ensure high-quality resident care.

Qualifications

• Current and valid CNA certification.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Good attention to detail and in-depth understanding of patient care policies and regulations.
• Familiarity with symptoms and signs of improvement for various medical conditions.
• Physical strength and stamina, with certifications in First aid and CPR.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities, including meals, turning, ambulating, and ensuring fluids and nourishment.
• Help residents with personal hygiene and observe health issues, reporting them to supervising nurse.
• Document resident food and fluid intake, assist with feeding and nutritional supplements, and make residents' beds.
• Transport residents within the facility and assist nurses and other staff as needed.
• Adhere to professional standards, facility policies and procedures, and all federal, state, and local requirements and standards.
