This hands-on role supports residents with daily living needs and collaborates with nurses and the clinical team in a long-term care setting.

Qualified candidates hold an active California CNA license and CPR certification; SNF or rehab experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Active California CNA license (required).
• Current CPR certification (required).
• SNF/long-term care or rehab experience preferred.
• Capable of lifting/standing/walking during shift.
• Reliable attendance and strong teamwork/communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care in a Skilled Nursing / Long-Term Care setting.
• Assist with ADLs: bathing, grooming, toileting, dressing, feeding.
• Safely transfer, ambulate, and reposition residents.
• Answer call lights promptly and communicate resident needs to the nursing team.
• Obtain and record vital signs and report changes in condition.
• Observe for skin integrity changes and support comfort/safety measures.
• Maintain cleanliness of resident areas, change linens, and restock supplies.
• Support a respectful, compassionate environment for residents and families.
