South Port Square in Port Charlotte, FL, is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to support licensed nursing staff with activities of daily living and routine care for residents. You will assist with dressing, grooming, eating, bathing, positioning and mobility, while documenting observations and following care plans.

Formación

• Successful completion from a state approved geriatric nursing assistant training program.
• Registration with state registry required.
• High school diploma or equivalent

Responsabilidades

• Assists residents with dressing, grooming, eating, bathing, positioning, turning, toileting and exercising.
• Gives treatment, performs tests, carries out procedures and collects specimens as instructed.
• Reports and records observations and results of treatments, tests, procedures and specimens when indicated.
• Transfers, transports and escorts residents as needed.
• Answers signal lights promptly.
• Changes bed linens, makes beds, and keeps rooms clean and orderly.
