Addus HomeCare is actively hiring Certified Nursing Aides (CNA) in your area. Daily pay is offered for select positions, with a focus on compassionate patient care and reliability.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Certified Home Health Aide or Personal Care Aide (training provided).
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Pre-employment physical exam and PPD prior to patient contact.
• Pass a criminal background check.
• Reliable transportation; if by car, a valid driver’s license and proof of insurance.
• Nurturing and compassionate nature with the desire to care for others.
• Ability to work with limited supervision.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Follow care plans and report completed tasks.
• Assist with personal care needs (bathing, dressing, etc.).
• Provide or assist with routine house cleaning, meal preparation, and laundry.
• Transport client to doctor’s appointments and errands.
• Assist client with self-administration of medications.
• Observe and report changes in client’s condition.
• Maintain confidentiality due to access to sensitive information.
• Maintain regular, dependable attendance and flexibility to meet department needs.
• Follow Medicare, Medicaid, and HIPAA regulations and requirements.
• Abide by all policies, procedures and standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
