Job summary

Complete Care at Silver Lake is hiring a CNA in Dover, DE to provide personal care, mobility support, vitals monitoring, nutrition and hydration help, and companionship for residents. You will document care in our software, participate in activities, and work as part of a compassionate care team.

Minimum 1.5 years of long-term care experience is required. Daily pay and generous benefits, including tuition reimbursement, are highlighted.

Qualifications

• Certified to work within the State of Delaware as a CNA.
• Able to pass background check, drug screen, professional references check & physical evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Personal Care: Help with bathing, dressing, grooming, oral hygiene, and toileting.
• Mobility Support: Help reposition, get in and out of bed, transfer to chairs, and walk safely.
• Vitals & Monitoring: Check vitals/weight and report changes in physical/mental health.
• Feeding & Hydration: Assist with meals, snacks and ensure adequate fluid intake.
• Living Assistance: Make beds, tidy rooms, and help residents participate in activities.
• Companionship: Provide friendship and emotional safety for a genuine human bond.
• Document: Enter care info into our software system to keep track of care given.
