Job summary

Cura of Melrose is seeking compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our healthcare team. You will assist with daily living activities, monitor vitals, and support nursing staff to ensure a safe, comfortable patient environment.

We offer full-time and part-time schedules, a $750 sign-on bonus, and benefits including health care, PTO, work from home options, and stock plan. Prior CNA certification is preferred but not required; strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist patients with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Monitor and document patients’ vital signs and health status accurately.
• Provide compassionate support and comfort to patients and their families.
• Collaborate closely with nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in patient care areas following established protocols.
• Report any changes in patients’ conditions promptly to the nursing team.
• Adhere to all healthcare and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff.

• Current certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA) is preferred but not mandatory
• Previous experience in patient care or healthcare settings is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Compassionate, patient-focused attitude with a commitment to quality care.
• Basic knowledge of infection control and safety procedures.
• Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays as needed.
