As a CNA, you’ll assist patients with daily activities, promote comfort and independence, and help ensure every resident feels respected and cared for.
You’ll work closely with nurses and other healthcare professionals in a collaborative and supportive environment that values teamwork and patient-centered care.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, eating, and mobility
- Take vital signs and report changes in patient condition
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
- Uphold patients’ rights and ensure dignity in all aspects of care
🎓 Qualifications
- Active CNA certification (required)
- Successful completion of a state-approved CNA program
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
- Compassionate, reliable, and professional demeanor
- Consistent 5:45am-2:15pm
- Supportive leadership and strong teamwork culture
