Job summary

PAM Health Specialty and Rehabilitation Hospital of Covington is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or LVN/LPN. You will perform essential caregiving tasks, adhere to hospital policies, and contribute to a safe, compassionate environment for patients and families.

The role requires a CNA certification where state-mandated, a high school diploma or equivalent, and current BLS.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA) where required by state.
• Current BLS certification is required.
• 2–3 years of experience in an acute hospital, rehab hospital, or skilled nursing unit preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with patient care activities under general supervision.
• Provide accommodative services in line with hospital policies.
• Do not administer medications or therapies.
• Follow PAM Health guidelines and procedures.
