Job summary
HMR Veterans Services in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to deliver routine daily care to residents and support their daily living activities in an on-site setting.
You will follow individualized care plans, maintain a safe and comfortable environment, and communicate changes to nursing leadership while providing compassionate, dignified care to America's Veterans. A CNA license is required.
Qualifications
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license/certification in accordance with state regulations.
- Compassionate, resident-centered approach to care.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Commitment to providing dignified and respectful care to Veterans and fellow residents.
Responsibilities
- Providing routine daily nursing care and services to assigned residents.
- Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
- Supporting residents' physical, emotional, and social well-being.
- Observing and reporting changes in residents' condition to nursing leadership.
- Maintaining a safe, clean, and comfortable environment.
- Following individualized care plans and facility policies to deliver exceptional resident care.
