Qualifications

• Must be certified/registered as a nursing assistant in Wisconsin.
• Experience in long-term care preferred.
• Able to communicate well in verbal and written forms.

Responsibilities

• Provides quality care to guests in a nourishing environment.
• Assists with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing and feeding.
• Attends to incontinent care, transferring, ambulation and range of motion.
• Maintains skin integrity and positions immobile guests to prevent ulcers.
• Records vital signs and supports wound care as directed.
• Communicates observations to supervisors and supports care planning.
