Job summary
Brightview Senior Living LLC is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide warm personal care, support, and companionship to residents in a senior living community. You will assist with activities of daily living, monitor changes with the nurse, and encourage participation in community programs and activities to enhance well-being and daily life.

Qualifications
- Positive attitude and love working with people.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- CNA/HHA/CHHA-Medication Aide certification is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Provide warm, engaging personal care services, support and companionship.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
- Observe changes in residents' day and personal care needs and work with the Nurse to update their Personal Resident Care Plan.
- Encourage resident participation in community programs and activities.
