Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with meals and feeding, provide water and nourishment.
• Provide personal hygiene care: bathing, grooming, toileting.
• Assist with ambulating, turning and positioning of residents.
• Monitor vital signs and document intake/output.
• Respond to call lights and report observations to nursing supervisor.
• Document actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records.
• Maintain resident privacy and confidentiality per HIPAA guidelines.
• Adhere to professional standards and facility policies.
