Qualifications

• Education: High School Graduate/GED.
• Certification: Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant in good standing or graduate of state-approved CNA program and pass state exam within 120 days.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and feeding.
• Measure and record vital signs, weight, and intake/output as directed.
• Assist residents with mobility, transfers, and positioning using proper body mechanics.
