Job summary

Qualifications

• Maintain CPR Certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care ( grooming, bathing, dressing, oral care ) of residents daily and as needed.
• Ambulate and transfer residents using appropriate assistive devices and body mechanics.
• Record resident vitals, weights, I&O, and food intake as assigned.
• Turn and position residents regularly for comfort and safety.
• Observe changes in condition and report to Charge Nurse.
• Assist in collecting data for the plan of care and contribute input to the nursing team.
