Qualifications

• Must be in good standing on the State Nursing Assistant registry.
• Must have good communication skills and be able to read/write in English.
• BLS Certification is required.

• Provide direct resident care and report condition changes to RN or LPN.
• Chart care in the POC system and manage tasks with good time management.
