Job summary

The Lodge Health and Rehabilitation Center in Ocala, FL is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for FT and PT shifts (7am-3pm). Qualifications

• Current Nursing Assistant certification from the state of Florida.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Minimum 1 year Skilled Nursing experience preferred.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Highest level of professionalism with confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care to residents daily and as needed.
• Ambulate and transfer residents using appropriate devices and body mechanics.
• Record vital signs, weights, intake/output, and other information.
• Routinely turn and position residents and monitor environment.
• Participate in data collection for MDS and care plan development.
• Provide adequate hydration and assist with meals and transport.
• Take and record vitals as directed and respond to call lights.
• Assist in orientation and training of other staff.
