Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living activities, including meals, turning, ambulating, and providing water.
• Help patients with personal hygiene.
• Provide bedpans, baths, shampoos and therapeutic baths.
• Check vital signs and record information in the patient chart.
• Assist the nurses and other staff as needed.
• Adhere to professional standards and comply with policies and regulations.
