Qualifications
Successful completion of nurse aide training and competency evaluation program approved by the State of Minnesota within 4 months of the hire date.
Met regulatory requirements for certified nursing assistant in the State of MN.
Two or more years of experience as a certified nursing assistant in a skilled nursing facility (preferred).
Training and experience in geriatric nursing (preferred).
Active on the MN State Nurse Aide registry.
Excellent interpersonal relationship skills and commitment to providing person-centered care.
Good infection control practices.
