Job summary

UnityPoint Health-Meriter is seeking a Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join their team in Wisconsin. Assist with basic nursing procedures and maintain patient dignity, privacy and safety. Work under RN supervision with assignments given in writing and orally for each shift.

Must hold Wisconsin CNA certification and CPR certification or be eligible for CPR. Shifts rotate days and nights with weekend and holiday rotation. Orientation requires availability in the first week from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

Qualifications

• State of Wisconsin CNA certification required.
• Current CPR certification or eligible for CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Practice medical asepsis and protect patient dignity and privacy.
• Maintain objectivity during patient care and follow safety policies.
• Work under close supervision of a Registered Nurse.
• Complete written and oral work assignments within the scheduled shift.
