Mountainside Nursing Home in Mountainside, New Jersey, seeks a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our care team. You will provide direct patient care, assist with ADLs and vital signs, and help maintain a clean, safe living environment for residents.
You will collaborate with nurses and healthcare professionals to develop care plans, assist with meals and medications, and support daily routines.
Qualificações
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to lift, transfer, and move patients with ease.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Responsabilidades
- Providing direct patient care, including assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) and vital signs.
- Maintaining a clean and safe environment for residents.
- Assisting with meals, medication management, and other daily routines.
- Collaborating with nurses and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
