Job summary

Vitruvian Health in the Northwest Georgia and Southeast Tennessee region is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant to deliver routine daily nursing care under the supervision of a Charge Nurse. You will follow the patient care plan and ensure comfort and safety for assigned patients.

Required: CNA diploma from an accredited program and current state CNA certification; high school diploma or equivalent preferred. BLS may be preferred.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or its equivalent preferred.
• CNA diploma from an accredited program is required and evidenced by primary source verification.
• Current CNA certification in compliance with state laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care per patient assessment and care plan under supervision.
• Follow the care plan and supervisor directions to support patient needs.
• Maintain patient safety, comfort, and dignity at all times.
