Job summary

Sprenger Health Care Systems is seeking a compassionate Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) to join our healthcare team in Massillon, Ohio. You will assist patients with daily living activities, monitor vital signs, support mobility, and provide companionship in a safe, clean environment.

Responsibilities include following care plans, documenting observations, communicating with patients and families, and adhering to health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) certification.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Compassionate and empathetic nature.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming).
• Monitor and record vital signs (temperature, BP, pulse).
• Support mobility and ensure patient safety during transfers.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to patients.
• Follow care plans and document observations.
• Maintain a clean and organized patient environment and adhere to infection control.
• Communicate effectively with patients and families about care instructions.
