PAM Health is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide patient care under the supervision of a Registered or Licensed Practical Nurse. The role emphasizes compassionate, compliant care within PAM Health policies, without independent medication administration.

Applicants should have a CNA certification, current BLS, and a high school diploma. Prior acute care experience is preferred but not required, with ongoing education opportunities and strong benefits described in the package.

Qualifications

• Education and Training: High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
• Certification as a nursing assistant (CNA) where required by state where the hospital resides.
• Current BLS certification is required.
• Experience: None required. A minimum of two (2) to three (3) years of experience in an acute hospital, rehabilitation hospital, or skilled nursing unit is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide patient care activities under supervision of a Registered Nurse or Licensed Vocational/Practical Nurse.
• Follow hospital policies, procedures and guidelines in all patient care duties.
