Job summary

Qualifications

• Active Minnesota CNA certification.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to remain professional in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on care in accordance with state and facility guidelines.
• Assist residents with daily activities and personal hygiene.
• Monitor vital signs, food and fluid intake, and report changes to nursing staff.
• Support residents and families with kindness and professionalism.
