Job summary
Skyview Springs Rehab and Nursing in Luray, VA is hiring compassionate CNAs. Enjoy full-time, part-time, or PRN shifts (Day, Evening, Night) with pay up to $23.38/hr plus shift differentials and a $3,000 sign-on bonus.
Daily pay access, paperless onboarding, and a warm, family-like culture enhance the experience. Responsibilities include basic nursing care under supervision, assisting with daily activities, transfers, charting, and ensuring resident comfort and safety.
Qualifications
- CNA in good standing and licensed in Virginia
- Experience in long-term care or senior living preferred
- Compassionate, reliable, and patient-centered
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods
Responsibilities
- Provide basic nursing care under supervision
- Assist residents with daily activities (bathing, grooming, hygiene)
- Assist with mobility and transfers
- Maintain infection control and cleanliness
- Record vital signs and reports changes to nurse
- Participate in care planning and resident activities
