Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding).
• Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions to nurses.
• Take vital signs and perform basic clinical evaluations.
• Assist with range of motion exercises and transfers.
• Maintain accurate records of resident care and medications.
• Collaborate with care team to implement care plans.
• Provide emotional support and social interaction to residents.
• Maintain clean, safe environment following infection control protocols.
