Job summary

West Park Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Philadelphia is recruiting compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) for 7A-3P shifts. Full-time and part-time positions with competitive pay and opportunities for growth are available.

You will assist residents with daily living activities, monitor vitals, support mobility and meals, and collaborate closely with nursing staff in a safe, person‑centered care environment. Training and supportive leadership accompany a friendly team.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certificate or in the process of scheduling/taking the state CNA exam.
• Graduated from a CNA training program.
• A passion for providing high-quality, person-centered care.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and document residents' vital signs, physical conditions, and emotional well-being.
• Provide support with mobility, transfers, and positioning of residents.
• Assist with meal service, ensuring residents' nutritional needs are met.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.
• Communicate with nursing staff about any changes in residents' conditions.
• Assist with medication reminders as directed by healthcare providers.
• Promote a positive and supportive atmosphere for residents, their families, and the team.
