Job summary

Liberty Commons of Alamance County in Burlington, NC is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our compassionate team. You will provide essential resident care, assist with ADLs, oral hygiene, and document care on shift, supporting the charge nurse as needed.

We offer a $5,000 sign-on bonus for qualified applicants and a welcoming work environment dedicated to geriatric care and patient well-being.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Certified nursing assistant listed in the DFS registry.
• Willing to care for geriatric patients and follow orders.
• Attend in-service training and staff meetings as required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, personal hygiene, and ADLs.
• Assist with oral hygiene and denture care as needed.
• Complete patient care records at end of shift, including I and O.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Assist charge nurse with resident needs and treatments.
