Job summary

Liberty Healthcare Management in Kernersville, NC, is seeking an experienced Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for Summerstone Health and Rehab Center. The role involves assisting residents with bathing, dressing, hygiene, and ADLs, plus oral care and documentation of I&O.

Includes a $5,000 sign-on bonus and CNA training reimbursement. Candidates must be 18+, hold a DFS registry CNA, and be willing to care for geriatric residents while attending in-service trainings.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Certified nursing assistant listed in the DFS registry.
• Willing to care for geriatric patients and follow orders.
• Attend in-service training and staff meetings as required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, personal hygiene and ADLs.
• Assist with oral hygiene including denture care morning, after meals and bedtime.
• Completes patient care records at end of shift, including I and O.
• Assist charge nurse with resident needs and treatments as directed.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
