Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, and speak the English language.
• Ability to make independent decisions when necessary.
• Ability to interact graciously with elders, families, visitors and staff.
• Demonstrate patience, cheerfulness, and empathy when caring for the aged.
• Understand social, psychological and recreational needs of residents.
