Job summary

Paycom - ATS in Montrose, IA is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to support residents with daily living activities on the 2nd shift. You will assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, and mobility, while ensuring nourishment and safety.

This role requires Iowa CNA certification, a high school diploma or equivalent preferred, and strong communication. CPR is a plus; prior long-term care experience is helpful but not required.

Qualifications

• Must have a current CNA certification in the state of Iowa.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• CPR certification a plus.
• Prior experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility).
• Monitor and record vital signs, intake/output, and changes in resident condition.
• Assist with feeding and ensure proper nutrition and hydration.
