Job summary

Life Care Centers of America in Indiana Rochester is seeking a qualified Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our interdisciplinary team. You will provide routine daily nursing care to assigned patients, including bathing, feeding, grooming, and toileting, under the supervision of licensed staff.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalence, completion of a state-approved CNA program, active CNA license, CPR certification, and at least one year of skilled nursing experience

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Graduate of a State-approved CNA program.
• Currently registered/licensed in applicable State; active license.
• One year skilled nursing experience preferred.
• CPR certification upon hire or during orientation.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care to assigned patients.
• Deliver direct care including bathing, feeding, grooming, toileting, etc.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to meet patient needs.
• Maintain professional relationships with associates and vendors.
