Job summary

Willow Crossing Health and Rehabilitation in Columbus, Indiana is seeking compassionate Certified Nurse Assistants to join our care team where residents come first. You will work under the supervision of a licensed nurse to perform basic nursing tasks and assist with activities of daily living.

Responsibilities include observing and reporting changes to the Charge Nurse, documenting care and observations, and following Magnolia Health Systems guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must be Certified Nursing Assistant or enrolled in an approved CNA training program.
• Patience and tact in dealing with residents.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, bend and lift.

Responsibilities

• Observe and report changes in residents’ health status to the Charge Nurse on an ongoing basis.
• Provide assistance with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, oral hygiene, skin care).
• Follow instructions and complete records under supervision.
• Document all care given and observations made while providing care.
• Follow Magnolia Health Systems guidelines in dealing with patient care.
