Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent preferred.
• Current Nursing Assistant certification required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Good written, oral, organizational, and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Provides care to residents, assisting with activities of daily living.
• Observes residents and responds to care needs in a timely manner.
• Documents nursing care provided according to policy.
• Assists with meals, bathing, grooming, and mobility as directed.
• Supports licensed personnel with treatments and specimen collection.
• Maintains a clean, safe environment and handles supplies.
