Qualifications

• Current NJ CNA certification required.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English.
• Must pass health requirements (TB test, physical).

Responsibilities

• Provide daily resident care including bathing, grooming and mobility.
• Assist with meals and feeding when needed.
• Respond to call lights and resident requests promptly.
• Monitor health changes and report to nursing staff.
• Keep environment clean, safe and comfortable.
• Help transport residents to activities or appointments.
• Document care accurately per facility protocols.
• Follow infection control and safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with team to deliver resident-centered care.
