Job summary

Avir at Brownwood in Brownwood, TX is seeking compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants to join our team. As a CNA, you will play a key role in residents' daily care and quality of life, working closely with nurses and other care team members.

Qualifications

• Current Texas CNA certification required.
• Compassionate and dependable with a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning.
• Obtain and document vital signs.
• Report changes in residents' condition to the nursing team.
• Answer call lights and respond promptly to residents' needs.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
• Build positive relationships with residents and families.
• Work closely with nurses and other members of the care team.
