Job summary

MultiCare Tacoma General Hospital is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to deliver high-quality patient care with compassion and professionalism in a fast-paced hospital setting.

Requirements include a Current Washington State CNA license and a current BLS certification; one year of experience in a physician's office or medical facility is preferred. The role features 12-hour day shifts with alternating weekends and a 0.75 FTE commitment.

Qualifications

• Current Washington State CNA license.
• Current BLS Certification.
• One year experience in physician's office or other medical facility preferred.

Responsibilities

• You will manage basic care activities with a customer service oriented delivery of care to patients
• You will support the delivery of care and services to patients from diverse ethnic and social groups
• Advocate for ethical and holistic care promoting the autonomy, dignity, and health of patients from diverse ethnic and social backgrounds
• You will create and provide a safe and supportive environment for patients
