Job summary

Trilogy Health Services, Morrison Woods Health Campus in Muncie, IN seeks a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide daily care according to each resident’s plan, while offering companionship and encouragement. You will work with a compassionate team to support residents’ well-being and comfort.

The role emphasizes safety, respect, and individualized care plans. Qualified CNAs with a high school diploma or GED and active CNA certification are invited to apply.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED/HSE preferred.
• Active state Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Certification.
• 0-1 Years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help residents with personal hygiene activities, turning, lifting, positioning, and transporting them when needed (activities of daily living)
• Observe and report changes in residents’ condition and make independent decisions when needed
• Collaborate with the team to ensure patient comfort and well-being
• Provide companionship, compassion and encouragement to our residents
• Maintain a safe and comfortable environment
