Qualifications
- Illinois CNA certification required.

Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate care with dignity and respect for each resident.
- Monitor vital signs and report changes to the nursing team.
- Treat residents and their property with dignity and respect.
- Ensure residents’ comfort, safety, and well-being per long-term care standards.
- Maintain reliable transportation and punctuality for shifts.
- Routinely make rounds, providing responsive care and services.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management in a patient-centered environment.
