Job summary

The Lodge at Red Rocks in Morrison, Colorado is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to join our 180-bed facility. You will assist residents with daily living activities, bathing, feeding, and hygiene under the direction of nursing staff, providing high-quality care in a homelike environment.

Qualifications include an active Colorado CNA license, a genuine desire to serve the elderly, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as a Colorado CNA.
• Must possess a sincere desire to serve the elderly.
• Ability to read, write and speak the English language.
• Ability to deal tactfully with residents, family members, visitors, and the general public.
• Willingness to work harmoniously with other personnel.
• Must have patience, tact, cheerful disposition and enthusiasm.
• Must be able to relate to and work with ill, disabled, elderly, and emotionally upset individuals.
• Other duties may be assigned by nurse management.

Responsibilities

• Perform all duties as assigned and in accordance with facility policies and procedures.
• Certified Nursing Assistant support to nursing staff in patient care.
• Assist residents with bathing, personal hygiene, feeding and daily living activities.
• Monitor vitals and report changes to nursing staff; maintain a clean, homelike environment.
