Job summary

Genesis HealthCare, Inc. in Lewiston, Maine is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to work alongside a licensed nurse and directly impact residents’ daily living and well‑being.

You will assist with ADLs, deliver compassionate care, and help ensure safety and comfort in a supportive team setting. The position requires successful completion of a state-approved CNA program and current certification, with fluency in English for patient communication and safety.

Qualifications

• Must have completed a state-approved CNA training program and hold current certification.
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English to ensure patient safety and care.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) alongside a Licensed/Registered Nurse to support patients’ quality of life.
• Provide compassionate, high-quality service to patients and families in a respectful environment.
