Job summary

Keepsake-Village-of-Columbus in Columbus, IN is seeking a dedicated CNA to provide individualized resident care per approved care plans. You will assist with Activities of Daily Living while promoting independence and dignity, while reporting health changes to the clinical team and engaging with residents and families in a compassionate manner.

Continuing education and participation in staff learning experiences are encouraged.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED equivalent required.
• Current CNA certification from an accredited program.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrates ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional and individualized care per resident care plan.
• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) while promoting independence and dignity.
• Report health status changes to the clinical team.
• Engage with residents and families in a compassionate, positive manner.
• Participate in ongoing education through seminars, meetings, and trainings.
• Maintain confidentiality and privacy of resident information.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
