Nexushm in Chicago, IL is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to deliver direct resident care and support daily living activities. The role emphasizes comfort, safety, and well-being with a team-based environment.

You'll assist with ADLs, monitor vital signs, and help with mobility while following infection control protocols. PRN and part-time schedules are available, with full-time night shifts for dedicated caregivers.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification in the State of Illinois.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• CPR/BLS certification (preferred or required).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.
• Monitor and record vital signs (temperature, pulse, respiration, blood pressure).
• Help patients with mobility, transfers, and positioning.
• Follow Infection Control & Safety Protocols.
