Countryside Health Care of Milford is seeking dynamic, team‑oriented Certified Nursing Assistants to join our nursing team. Countryside Health Care has an impeccable reputation within the community. We offer a competitive salary, benefits, and flexible schedules.

To provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care and services in a safe, timely and accurate manner in accordance with state and federal requirements and the policies and goals of this facility.

Qualifications

• New graduates accepted; 1-year experience preferred.
• Currently registered as a CNA in Massachusetts.
• Long-term care experience desirable.
• Computer literacy desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must meet health requirements of the facility.
• Able to lift at least 25 pounds for 50 feet.

Responsabilités

• Provide routine daily nursing care under RN supervision.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment for residents.
• Assist with activities of daily living per the CNA care plan.
• Record and report changes in resident condition to RN.
• Assist with mobility using devices such as wheelchairs or walkers.
• Monitor intake/output and vital signs as directed.
