Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, person-centered care to residents.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions.
• Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families.
• Support residents' comfort, dignity, and independence.
• Work closely with nurses and other team members to provide quality care.
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow established care plans and safety procedures.
